312 Urban Wheat
Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 4.2%
Begins with a gentle maltiness of delicately malted barley and wheat. Lightly sweet with a hint of honey water. A noted fruity, faintly tart citrusy hop presence. Low bitterness. Small shred of yeastiness. Drying on the lively, wheat-flavored finish.

Bourbon County Brand Stout
Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 15%
IBU: 60
Taste: The bourbon is apparent from the start, and blends with the syrupy dark chocolate and vanilla flavors; a little later on the fruit arrives, with dried cherries, prunes and molasses; after the swallow, the dark chocolate and bourbon return to dominate the finish, with a boozy aftertaste Mouthfeel: Full bodied and syrupy, with relatively low carbonation (the carbonation level is higher at first); plenty of warmth in the gullet after the swallow

Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 5.6%
ESB-Light amber in color with a smooth, even, head of white on top that faded off after a couple of moments. Light lacing was left by the side. Aroma is bready, hints of caramel and grassy notes and warming brought out tons of grains. Light, crisp and clean taste, light grassy hops and a smooth even caramel malt base made up the bulk of the profile. Light body, nice carbonation and a smooth even and clean finish.

Biscuity up front with a developing piney/citrusy bitterness; after the swallow, the hops dominate, as expected, adding a bit of a pineapple character to them

Fermented with brettanomyces (the little guys who give us that tart zing) and fresh raspberries, this brew is bright yet deep with spices and edges of the fruits natural tart quality to give it a white wine kind of finish.

Nutty, dark caramel flavor with a reserved level of sweetness. Light earthy bitterness. Nearing the finish there's some roastiness and even a hint of dusty, dry cocoa. Finishes dry

Honker's Ale
Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 4.3%
Crisp, and rich with a good dry and bitter finish, Started out with a good rush of caramel and morphed into a kind of wet hay like flavor which drew out some cereal and bready malts giving the middle a sort of biscuit like flavor. Nice hint of some slight fruit in there, maybe a touch of grapes as well.

Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 7%
Pours a pale, slightly hazy orange color with a good bit of lacing as it goes down, but the initial head wasn't too tall, especially for the style. The aroma is of slight Belgian yeast in addition to some sweet, and partially caramelized, malt. Touch of Brett in the background. Taste is similar with the malt coming out a bit more and the yeast moving to the background. Nice earthy background tones. Light-medium body and nice carbonation.

Pepe Nero
Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 6%
Poured a black color ale with a medium brown foamy head with average retention and light lacing. Aroma of light spicy yeast notes with some Belgian malt with light notes of spices. Taste is an interesting mix between some solid Belgian rustic malt notes with some peppery notes and some spicy yeast

Pere Jacques
Manufacturer: Goose Island Beer Co
ABV: 8%

Poured a cloudy deep brown color ale with a medium dirty white foamy head with average retention. Aroma of candi sugar, big strong malt and subtle yeast characteristic can be detected. Taste is quite sweet with lots of candi sugar and some dry figs characteristics. Body was definitely fuller then average with some well concealed alcohol
