Bell's Expedition Stout
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 10.5%
Black roasted malts with flavors of coffee and exceedingly dark chocolate. Some burnt almonds and fire-blackened marshmallows. The hops are bold in their bitterness, but not overbearing, and provide a taste of dried herbs and pine. Finishes with a lingering bitterness and acidic char taste

Bell's Hopslam
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 10.0%
Pours a clear bright copper color, half finger white head appears and slowly dissipates down to a ring, pretty nice lacing. This beer smells just like a DIPA should, a nice bouquet of hops and sweet honey, nice citrus, lemon and grapefruit, surprisingly im getting pineapple as well, sweet and citrusy. It's called hopslam for a reason, you get a big kick in the mouth from the hops, the sweetness of the honey mixed in with the citrus is a nice middle buffer between the initial hops and the ending hops.

Bell's Oberon Ale
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 5.8%
American pale wheat ale. This beer pours a nice golden orange color. It has a thick white head that left good lacing on the glass. There is plenty of suspended yeast floating around as well. Smells of pale malts and a touch of wheat. There is also some hop presence, as well as some citrus. Lots of wheat flavor upfront; more sweet malts and some spiciness with a lemon peel bitterness.

Bell's Pale Ale
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 5.0%
Straw yellow, definitely unfiltered, with a thin head. Smell is floral, though not hoppy. Standard light malt up front. Very, very mild spice and bitterness at the back end.

Bell's Variety Pack

Bells Cherry Stout
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.0%
A mysterious dance of tart Michigan cherries with the dark, roasted malts of a big and bold stout.

Bells Consecrator Doppelbock
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 8.0%
This doppelbock pours a cloudy, reddish-brown color with creamy, light reddish-tan foam that persisted and coated the glass a bit. The smell was good and strong: sweet malt, a light fruitiness (figs, raisins), and some caramel. The taste was malty with these other flavors: sugar, light caramel, raisins, figs, light toffee, a hint of butterscotch, and some alcohol.

Bells Double Cream Stout
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.5%
Double Cream Stout derives its name from its smooth, creamy texture, not the ingredients. Completely dairy-free, this stout blends ten different specialty malts to yield a remarkable depth of flavor. With only a touch of burnt notes, Double Cream Stout focuses on the softer, cocoa & espresso-like aspects of roasted malt.

Bells Hell Hath no Fury
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.7%
Blending a pair of Belgian abbey-style yeasts into a recipe more akin to a roasty stout, Hell Hath No Fury... Ale offers up warm, roasted notes of coffee & dark chocolate together with the fruity & clove-like aromas.

Bells Two Hearted Ale
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.0%
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Bells Wheat Love
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 8.0%
Bell’s Wheat Love Ale, is made with the eight yeasts of Wheat eight and is a strong, but relatively light colored, “wheatwine.”

Bells Winter White
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 5.0%
Pours a bit of a hazy yellow color, nice white head on it. Smells sweet, citrusy, with a bit of spice to it. Taste is very refreshing. Very smooth, wheat with lemon taste. Good medium bodied beer.

Best Brown Ale
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 5.8%
English brown ale that pours a very dark brown color with lots of creamy tan head on it. Smells like caramel malt with some hops coming through. Taste is a classic brown ale flavor. Very smooth and drinkable beer overall.

Java Stout
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.5%
Poured a dark, dark brown (pretty much black). Nice light brown head color. Smell of roasted coffee, dark malt. Coffee really dominates the taste of this brew. Lots of bittersweet coffee that mixes in with some of the chocolate and vanilla flavors from the base stout to create a nice espresso and mocha like flavor that is quite pleasing.

Kalamazoo Stout
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 6.0%
Pours a pitch black color with a big frothy brown head that quickly disipated into a light ring. Big roasted malt aroma kicks things off. Some milk chocolate, caramel/toffee and vanilla notes follow. Licorice, charred wood and carob round out the aroma profile. Strong roasted malt and coffee flavor are dominate with some mocha, licorice and caramel following nicely.

Two Hearted Ale
Manufacturer: Bells Brewing
ABV: 7.0%
Probably one of the best IPAs around. It pours a golden color with moderate head. The citrus hop aroma is extremely pleasant. The initial taste is nice and bitter and then the citrusy hops take over. The aftertaste is also very pleasant. I love the hop character of this beer. It is not an overwhelmingly hoppy IPA. It is one of the easier drinking IPA's on the market.
