German Wheat beer. Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected.

Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock

A German beer that has a dominant malty taste. Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.

Ayinger Oktoberfest

Pours a glowing fall amber color with a thick light tan head that slowly faded into a thick oily film that left a great network of thin sticky lacing down the glass. Notes of crakery, bready, grain husk malt with hints of vanilla and caramel. Overall very sweet and malty, but not sugary. Hops are earthy and spicy.

Ayinger Weizenbock

ABV: 7.1%
Sweet, tangy malted wheat with jolting tastes of honey candy and spiced cookies followed by a bright, acidic 'pop' of lemon citrus. Smooth banana tones. Very slight hop character and bitterness. Slight carbonic bite from all that carbonation present. Sweetish honey-wheat flavor on the effervescent finish.
