Arrogant Bastard Ale

The pour is mahogany with bright ruby highlights. The aroma is strong. Huge hop with alot of dark malts, candied sugars, alcohol and hop finish. The taste is deep with a sweet roasty malt middle and a hop bomb which becomes a moderate alcohol burn. A great beer overall.

Chimay Blue is principally distinguished by its character of a strong beer. This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavour, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.

Dogfish Chateau Jiahu

Chateau Jiahu used a recipe that included rice, honey, and grape and hawthorn fruits. The formula was obtained from archaeologists who derived it from the residues of pottery jars found in the late Stone Age village of Jiahu in northern China. The residues are the earliest direct evidence of brewed beverages in ancient China.

Big Brown Ale aged on palo santo wood from Paraguay. This beer is a 12% abv, highly roasty, and malty brown ale aged on the wood of the Palo Santo tree from Paraguay. Palo Santo means "holy tree" and it's wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.

Dogfish Sahtea

Brewed with rye, we caramelize the wort with white hot river rocks, then ferment it with a German Weizen yeast. In addition to juniper berries foraged directly from the Finnish country-side, a sort of tea made made with coriander, cardamom, lemon grass, Indian Black Tea, and ramps leaves has been added. The spicing is subtle and balanced and Sahtea is a highly-quaffable, truly-unique brew with a full-mouth feel.

Double Bastard Ale

Lucifer

A Belgian golden ale. On the nose it is lightly hoppy and yeastily spicy, with faint caramelly malt notes and a touch of citrusy and estery fruit. The head tastes extremely bitter, as is often the case with this style. Surprisingly fruity, but with a strong hoppy bitterness. There is a warming, malty, vanilla quality to it, which develops into an alcohol kick towards the end.

Maudite

Russian River Consecration

American Wild Ale. Pours a slightly hazy brownish red color with a small white head. Smells somewhat like a desert wine. Small hint of vinegar. There's that puckering sour taste. Some sweet dark fruit flavors...cherries and plums. Then a bit of vinegar flavor followed by delicious sour fruit. There is definitely some funk in the flavor and sweet wine notes. It finishes with amazing oak flavors and tartness. High alcohol is so well hidden that it's crazy. Delicious beer!

a nice cloudy light golden yellow color, nice carbonation, nice one-finger white creamy head which lasts a little while, then leaves some nice slicks and sticky lacing around the edges. The nose is of malts, beligium yeast, grapes, pears, and some spices. The taste is very nice, tangy/slightly sour, yeasty, slightly spicy. Medium body, highly carbonated. Russian River Temptation

Sam Smith Stingo Ale

Southern Tier Gemini

Poured a hazy light orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some great lacing. Aroma of floral and bitter hops is quite intense but enjoyable nonetheless. Taste is a mix between some citrus hops with huge dose of dry and bitter hops with some lovely floral notes. Very well balance between the different hops varieties with a low key sweet malt backbone. Full body with limited filtration and great carbonation.

Stone 13th Anniversary

Pours a dark brown/ruby red. Nice thick brownish tan head. Starts off slightly sweet with some nice malt and caramel notes. Then the flavor turns into a nice bready and toasty malt. Followed by a nice and strong but at the same time subtle hop character that slowly envelops the palette and dries up the mouth.

Stone Lucky Bastard Ale

Stone Oaked Arrogant Bastard

The body has a reddish or garnet color with a haze. Its head is off white, about an inch tall and long lasting. A thin cap is maintained to the last sip and lacing is very good. On the tongue there are loads of grapefruit and lemony citrus with some piney notes near the finish. This sits on top of a solid malty bready base with some caramel sweetness seeking in as well as a touch of dry oak. The finish is long and filled with hop bitterness and dry oak. Its palate has a good medium to full feel with nice lively carbonation.
