Pours a slightly hazy gold with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spices, and some fruity aromas. Taste is much the same with a very fruity flavor and the spice flavors coming through more on the aftertaste. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with some nice fresh aromas and flavors that make it easy to drink.

Pours a surprisingly dark burnt orange/brown with about 3 fingers off frothy off-white head. Lots of bananas and yeast on the nose with a nice, hearty bread aroma as well. Similar to the aroma, there's some banana flavor up front followed by a hearty bread flavor. The finish is pleasantly yeasty, though there's a slight sour flavor in there as well at times. Light body with medium carbonation and an overall crisp feeling. The crispness goes well with the yeasty bread flavors.

The pour was nice hazy light amber in color with a smooth overall look to it. Nice cloudiness to it and a nice head of white creeping up and over the top of the glass. Aroma is tight, loads of peach and spices coming through. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg and loads of fresh peach notes. Nice crisp, clean flavor here. Fresh off the tree peach flavor, really very well done

WITTEKERKE is always served cold, but in taking your time to enjoy it, you will find more flowery and spring flavors towards the end of your glass. Although the hoppy bitterness is an underlying taste, it is never dominant. Perfect white head.
