Manufacturer: Brouwerij Van Steenberge
ABV: 8.0%
Pours a light golden color with a huge white foam head that has meringue like qualities. Light fruit aroma with some spice and yeast. Plenty of spice initially with some banana, lemon, and clove coming through. Estery finish with a good dose of alcohol. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation.

Chimay Cinq Cents (White)
Manufacturer: Chimay
ABV: 8.0%
Chimay Blanche (White), with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer's flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.

Manufacturer: Du Bocq
ABV: 7.5%
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Dark Horse Sapient Triple Ale
Manufacturer: Dark Horse Brewing
ABV: 8.5%
The flavors are incredibly complex with notes of mild fruit and finishes with a bit of clove. Although this beer is higher in alcohol it is very smooth and finishes dry on the palate.

Flying Fish Exit 4
Manufacturer: Flying Fish
ABV: 9.5%
Note the hazy golden hue and the aroma of citrus with hints of banana and clove. Then taste the Belgian malt flavors and a subdued bitterness in the finish. Bottle conditioned, this beer will develop as it ages.

Gouden Carolus Tripel
Manufacturer: Brouwerij Het Anker
ABV: 9.0%
It unites, now as in the past, the best products of our soil: rich barley and fine hops. It's refined character, with a pure and rich taste, will captivate you. It is matured at length in cellar and bottle, and is guaranteed to be brewed only from pale malts. It is traditionally top-fermented and is 100% pure. The Gouden Carolus Triple has a unique colour and a full flavour due to its well-balanced hopping. To properly savour the Golden Carolus “Triple”, pour slowly in one movement leaving the yeast deposit in the bottle.

Gulden Draak
Manufacturer: Brouwerij Van Steenberge
ABV: 10.5%
Gulden Draak is a dark brown Triple Ale, which makes it an exception among the Belgian Triples. The second fermentation offers the nice creamy head, the full body and all the vitamins of the centuries old brewers yeast. It is a "thick" beer, that you can actually "eat" to adventure the complex taste. Gulden Draak balances a natural malt toffee-like sweetness with a mellow happiness and some hoppy accents. The aroma is round, sweet and reveals the 10.5 alcohol by volume.

Kasteel Tripel
Manufacturer: Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck
ABV: 11.0%
Color is golden with a sweet, fruit aroma. Taste is tart, crisp, acidic, and brimming with flavor, in this case, as said before, a tasty mix of fruit and spice. Just a little sour, with a bracing grimace present at every sip, but releasing when the brew lays back, and the overall effect is utter relaxation and splendid refreshment.

Koningshoeven Tripel
Manufacturer: Bierbrouwerij De Koningshoven

A unique marriage between the English tradition of IPAs, the new American revolution of Imperial IPAs and the classic Belgian way of brewing. Merry Monks' Ale
Manufacturer: Weyerbacher Brewing Co.

The special effervescence and creaminess are immediately apparent when pouring. The pilsner malts combined with the Belgian yeast strains yield a remarkable and complex flavor- perhaps you’ll note subtle hints of banana and cookie dough.

River Horse Tripel Horse
Manufacturer: River Horse
ABV: 10.0%
Notice a unique aromatic nose with a hint of vanilla esters, which comes from the Belgian ale yeast. Tripel Horse has a big body and rich mouth feel and finishes mostly dry with only a touch of sweetness.

St. Bernardus Tripel
Manufacturer: Brouwerij St. Bernardus
ABV: 7.5%
Nicely carbonated, medium sized delicate bubbly white head and a hazy orange color. Traces of head remain throughout. Caramel malt and Belgian yeasts are pronounced. The sweetness, fruit and spices kick in to a slightly lesser degree. Definitely black pepper is part of the spiciness...coriander as well. A good tasting Tripel.

St. Feuillien Triple
Manufacturer: Brasserie St. Feuillien
ABV: 8.5%
Pours blonde in the glass with a large, rocky head. Lacing is pretty good. The aroma is nice, with Belgian yeast, pale malt, and light fruits, green apple especially. Sweet pale malt taste, Belgian yeast, and fruity esters.

Steenbrugge Tripel
Manufacturer: Brouwerij Palm NV
ABV: 8.7%
Sugar cookies, up front, with Red Delicious apples and bubblegum developing; by mid-palate, the spicy phenols take over the profile, and dominate the finish, though the sweet and fruity favors linger underneath

Stoudts Triple
Manufacturer: Stoudt Brewing Co.
ABV: 9.0%
IBU: 37
Strong, full bodied Belgian abbey-style ale. The authentic Belgian yeast strain used in fermentation contributes to a rich array of spicy, phenolic, and fruit-like flavors and noticeable acoholic warmth.

Straffe Hendrik
Manufacturer: Browerij Straffe Hendrik
ABV: 9.0%
The pour is a semi-cloudy golden straw color with a fluffy white head perched on top. The nose is nicely fruity with some citrus and pear aromas. The malt is quite bready and provides a nice sweetness. There is a touch of spice, primarily coriander, as well. The fruitiness continues in the flavor with more citrus, pear, and even a touch of banana. The beer is quite sweet, and has that typical candi sugar character to it. Though it is sweet, there's still a nice level of dryness to it.

Triple Karmeliet
Manufacturer: Brouwerij Bosteels
ABV: 8.4%
Golden to orange colour, a bit brighter than other tripels. A really sweet aroma. Yeast is perceptible, but the aroma is dominated by lemon with some spicy (or maybe alcoholic) hints. The beer is dominated by fruity notes with a nice spicy alcohol feel to back them up.
